San Juan County COVID-19 After Action Report Cover.
Nuka Research was contracted by San Juan County Health & Community Services (HCS) to develop a COVID-19 After-Action Report. The report provided a holistic overview of the effectiveness of San Juan County HCS’ COVID-19 pandemic response efforts. Report development was centered around gathering feedback from community partners and responders through a series of one-on-one stakeholder engagement interviews, and a survey. More than 700 individual responses were collected. At the conclusion of the feedback gathering process, all responses were organized and compiled into a single After-Action Report. The report outlined the priorities and preferences for current and future COVID-19 recovery planning efforts for the purposes of improving future emergency and pandemic response activities.
